Shipment Has Not Arrived

Solution

If you do not receive your monthly phase within 30 days of payment please contact our Help Desk. If you notify us after 30 days, you will be required to pay a $10 charge, plus shipping (fee determined by location) for the replacement package (limit of two per membership).

Please keep a record of all Help Desk interactions you make during the stay of your membership. This will protect you and protect us.
