Monthly Members Cancellation Policy

Solution

You may cancel your membership at any time. If you try out the program (Primer Phase, Member Site and Forums) and decide it is not right for you, or wish to discontinue your membership during any phase in the 12-month period, simply submit a ticket through our Help Desk.

Once we receive your request (within 48 hours) we will ask you to confirm the cancellation. You must respond in order for us to process your request. Please make your request at least 72 hours before your next payment to avoid the charge.

If you are charged for the next phase before you confirm, and your package for the next month gets shipped, we can either cancel following that phase, or you can return the package at your expense, and we will provide a refund (less S&H*) once we receive the unopened and unused package back at our warehouse (within 30 days). 

Once you have been charged for Phase 2 you are not eligible to receive a refund for Phase 1 so please be sure to confirm immediately.

We are not responsible for lost or misdirected mail so we strongly encourage you to send back your shipment with some sort of tracking so you can prove it was received at our warehouse.

Once you cancel, you will lose access to all Hypertrophy M.A.X. member sites, forums and related sites. 

Shipping and Handling rates are as follows.

U.S. - $5.95US/phase

Canada/Mexico - $13.55US/phase

International - $15.95US/phase

 

Please keep a record of all Help Desk interactions you make during the stay of your membership. This will protect you and protect us.
