Lost or Misplaced Items


If you have lost, misplaced or damaged your DVD and/or newsletter, please contact our Help Desk. We want to make sure you have access to your product so you will not be required to pay the full amount again although there will be a small charge of $10 per replacement set (up to a maximum of three), plus a shipping and handling fee (determined by location).

Please keep a record of all Help Desk interactions you make during the stay of your membership. This will protect you and protect us.
