Declined Payments & Credit Card Updates

Solution

If your credit card information changes and you need to update, please go to www.clkbank.com and enter your order number and email address. If you cannot remember your order number, please contact our Help Desk prior to your next month’s charge for instructions on updating your payment information securely.

If your information has changed and you have not updated your billing information (or if there are insufficient funds to process your monthly payment) your membership may be canceled.

If your membership is canceled you will no longer have access to the member site or forums and you will be unable to sign up again on the monthly plan.

We reserve the right to cancel any membership at any time for any reason.

 

Please keep a record of all Help Desk interactions you make during the stay of your membership. This will protect you and protect us.
