Defective Disks


If you receive a defective disk, please contact our Help Desk within 30 days of receiving the defective disk with the following information:

-          Phase

-          What happens when you try to play the DVD

-          Where you are attempting to view (ie, computer, DVD player, gaming system)

If we cannot find a solution for you, we will reship a replacement copy via normal delivery, free of charge, although we may ask you to return the defective disk (at your expense). If you would like priority shipping, please contact our Help Desk and we can arrange to invoice you through paypal.

Requests made after 30 days will be subject to a fee plus a shipping and handling charge.

Shipping and Handling rates are as follows.

U.S. - $5.95US/phase

Canada/Mexico - $13.55US/phase

International - $15.95US/phase


Please keep a record of all Help Desk interactions you make during the stay of your membership. This will protect you and protect us.
