Monthly Member Return and Refund Policy

Solution

If you decide that the Hypertrophy M.A.X. program is not right for you, or you no longer wish to continue with your membership, you may cancel within 30 days of your Phase 1 purchase and be billed nothing more. Please make your request at least 72 hours prior to your payment date to allow for a response and time for you to confirm to avoid being charged for Phase 2.

Once you have been charged for Phase 2 you are not eligible to receive a refund for Phase 1 so please be sure to confirm immediately.

If you try out Phase 1 and decide it is not right for you, we will refund the purchase price of Phase 1 only (less S&H). Phase 1 is yours to keep as our way of saying thank you for test driving the program. Please submit a ticket through our Help Desk. Please make your request at least 72 hours prior to your payment date to allow us time to respond and time for you to confirm.

We do not offer refunds after Phase 1, but you may cancel your membership at any point during the program (prior to being billed for your next phase).

We do not refund digital products, including Twice-A-Day Training, BPak's Top Secret Files, or the Nutrition System.

Please keep a record of all Help Desk interactions you make during the stay of your membership. This will protect you and protect us.
